Given the garden was situated to the front of the property a path needed to be implemented into the design providing access from the garage/parking area to the house.
A circular design was decided to create more of a feature of the path by wrapping around circular beds edged in box, one of which housed a steel/acrylic water feature creating the main focal point of the garden.
In addition to the main terrace, 2 seating areas within the garden were included, one of which, being a hard wood deck area large enough to position a hot tub/table and chairs.
The client requested colour in the garden throughout the year. Cornus alba Sibirica (Dogwood) with its bright coral-red stems, winter flowering shrubs, and early to late summer flowering perennials and climbers were included in the planting scheme.
